Easy marinated feta. Just add virgen olive oil and the herbs you like, leave it refrigerated for at least one day

Inspired by David Lebovitz's post on the subject, I decided to try my hand at marinated feta. So far, so good... I won't pretend this recipe doesn't use a lot of olive oil, but I'm willing to part with a fair amount for the promise of something so delicious. Read all about it at Minimally Invasive.
